Maritime Farms is looking for Assistant Store Managers for Rockport Store, So End Store in Rockland, Townline Store in Rockland, Tolman Pond Market in Rockport, So China Store and Peaslees in Jefferson. These slots have two assistant managers and these openings must fulfill the role of the second assistant. These positions would initially be part-time with the option to upgrade to full-time after a 90-day trial period. These positions require someone with at least two years of experience in the convenience industry who is willing to use their knowledge and experience to help manage the day-to-day operations of the store. Flexibility of schedules is required and be available for overtime upon request. The candidate must be a team player with a desire to provide superior customer service. A working knowledge of computers is required with experience working with Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook. When making a conditional job offer, a pre-employment physical examination will be required.
