NARDOS is hiring a Store Manager and Sales Associate in New York, NY

NARDOS DESIGN is a Dallas-based haute couture and wedding dress house opening a new storefront in New York. We are looking for a passionate and motivated person Store manager and Sales Associate to help close sales and grow our brand. Our ideal candidates will embody the Nardos vision and project that image to our clients, living up to our company’s ideals and high standards.

STORE MANAGER

The Store Manager is responsible for managing the NYC Lounge, Sales Associates and all related processes to deliver the highest level of luxury customer experience, achieve sales goals and contribute to the overall business growth. We are looking for a highly motivated and highly motivated individual with 5+ years of related experience and preferably with an established portfolio of highly esteemed clientele.

RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE:
– Manage NYC Salon Store Front, responsible for store opening and closing
– Lead, supervise and schedule client meetings
– Supervise, support and partner with sales associates to ensure seamless workflow
– Client outreach to new and existing high profile clients
– Create a strategy to generate new sales and increase store traffic
– Responsible for ensuring that all new orders are processed and communicated to the production office or factories in a timely manner
– Responsible for reviewing clients’ schedule each morning and ensuring proper preparation for each appointment
– Forecasting the preparation of future appointments to help synchronize the workflow
– Ensure that all customer deposits and payments are received and processed
– Responsible for general upkeep and store presentation ensuring gowns are steamed, floors are clean and clothes are hung properly

SALES ASSOCIATE

SALES ASSOCIATE RESPONSIBILITIES:
The Bridal and Couture Stylist is responsible for reporting directly to the Salon General Manager, as well as delivering the highest level of luxury customer experience, achieving sales targets and contributing to growth overall company. We are looking for a highly motivated and highly motivated individual with 2+ years of related experience and preferably with an established and highly esteemed client base.

RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE:
– Plan and lead client meetings, upselling and closing sales
– Responsible for reviewing clients’ schedule each morning and ensuring proper preparation for each appointment
– Forecasting the preparation of future appointments to help synchronize the workflow
– Client outreach to new and existing high profile clients
– Create a strategy to generate new sales and increase store traffic
